What does Curbside Delivery mean as a shipping method? What about Curbside with Lift Gate service?
Posted by on 27 August 2013 04:21 PM

"Curbside Delivery" indicates delivery to the curb at your driveway's end and does not include assistance with unloading, unpacking, set-up, or clean up. Requests for placement in any area other than the curb may incur additional customer charges, which are payable directly to the carrier. Lift gate service (unloading to curb side) is available for a $75 fee.

Please provide a shipping address that will accommodate delivery via a tractor trailer.   Upon delivery, please be absolutely certain to inspect your shipment for damage and/or shortage or incorrect items before signing the Bill of Lading.  Please note any discrepancies or damage on the Bill of Lading.   These notations are necessary to expedite claims on freight shipments.  Without them, claims for replacement are difficult or impossible.

Please let us know if you have anymore questions. We will be happy to help.
