Items in my order arrived damaged or defective. What do I do next?

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.  We will be happy to file a claim with the manufacturer for review and to replace the part under warranty, if applicable.  Please email a picture of the damaged/defective part for documentation purposes (email attachments must be less than 2MB total in order for us to be able to receive).  This is required by the manufacturer to help ensure they send the correct replacement part as well as to try to eliminate it from happening to others in the future.  Also, please let us know the actual part number and quantity.  You may reference the parts list in your Owner's Manual.
