Are there side panels available for this unit for three or four walls? Is the fabric waterproof?

Our Answer:

The fabric is water resistant but not waterproof. We do have side walls and side walls with a zipper in the middle. The walls zipper together at the edges and you would need a total of six walls to completely enclose the canopy.
