Our Answer:

Pop up canopies are not designed to withstand windy conditions. All manufacturers recommend taking them down when the wind rises enough to pose a danger to the canopy.

We saw one of your products at the Outer Banks last week - it looked really nice. We saw it after the wind picked it up and turned it upside down. The action apparently broke the horizontal frame, even though the shelter had four weight bags attached when this happened. What could have been done differently? Do you make a product designed to protect against this sort of thing?
