Do any of the sidewalls zip in the middle to allow entrance? And will it stand up to frequent use of 2-3 times a week.

Yes, one of the sidewalls included in this package deal does have a middle zipper. This model will work for your application, though you may consider upgrading to the Caravan Classic 10' x 10' model, which has a stronger, commercial-grade steel frame.
