This is the perfect shelter but too low. Can I pay extra and get higher poles. I don't want sides and would get some snow in the winter.

This model does not have the option to lengthen the legs to had height. The design of the structure is planned to give the product longevity , altering the design could cause unsuitability and void warranty.
