What is the height of the sidewalls for this canopy? Do they come with the canopy or do I have to purchase them separately?

The side height of this canopy is 6'3". You can see this illustrated on the inset image diagram on this item page. This unit does not include sidewalls; you can purchase the optional ShelterLogic White Enclosure Kit for 18 x 30 Canopy - 26779 if you want to have this fully enclosed.
