I live in an area that is very, very dry and sunny. Plus, during the year we'll get winds that gust at 60 mph. How good is the UV protection and how can the tent be tied down?

Our Answer:

It does have UV protection, and the manufacturer says that they do not have wind ratings but should be fine with those size gusts as long as you have them properly anchored down. They did say to stress that in a storm situation to make sure the doors are closed or the wind could cause them to act like a kite.
