What is the difference between the Caravan, EZ Up, and Shelterlogic?

Our Answer:

To begin, ShelterLogic tents are one of the biggest sellers for lightweight popup canopies, however they are in a different class from the EZ-UP and Caravan brands. Their tops range from 200 to 300 denier and they are designed primarily for occasional use. Both the Caravan Classic and some models of EZ-UP tents are considered commercial grade. These units features larger diameter supports, thicker steel, and heavier tops. Please keep in mind that the EZ-UP package we sell is a residential tent. However, if you purchase directly from EZ-UP, models like the Enterprise or Eclipse 2 are good options. That being said, the Caravan Classic and Aluma are, in my experience, the sturdiest tent of any of these lines. Their frames have much less movement and sway compared to the other brands and their fabric offers superior UV resistance.
