What is the difference between vinyl-coated galvanized steel and straight vinyl? Does this model require a cement foundation? Is the vinyl floor included?

The vinyl-coated metal is usually more affordable, as well. The model you are asking about is a vinyl-coated steel shed and would either require a concrete foundation or a floor kit that you would put your own plywood flooring upon.
