What are the opening dimensions for this surround? We need a 39 W X 28H surround.

Our Answer:

The interior dimensions of this surround are 33 1/2 inches wide and 23 3/8 inches tall. The outer dimensions are 39 1/2 inches wide and 29 3/8 inches tall. This surround is manufactured for use with the Empire Innsbrook fireplace insert and will require modification to work with any other model.
