I'm interested in using this garage kit, but I want to install it on top of a concrete. What size would that pad need to be? Will I be able to put anchors in the concrete to bolt the structure down?

Our Answer:

According the product manual on the item page, the foundation size should measure 12'-0" wide by 20'-0". Do not make the foundation larger than the building size. The siding should project beyond the foundation for water to expel properly from the sidewalls. The manufacturer suggests you check building code in your area for foundation and anchoring requirements.
