What is the highest MPH wind can this awning withstand? How is the Destin awning different from the Sunsetter awning? Is the electric cord on the same side as the motor? What do I need to attach the awning to the vinyl siding?

Our Answer:

On average, they can withstand up to 30 MPH winds. The Destin and Sunsetter Awnings are basically just two different manufacturers. Sunsetter offers a more diversified series of sizes and designs, but the mounting structure, frame, and fabric quality are very close. The cord will be on the same side as the motor. The awning will come with the brackets for installation and instruction for installation will be in the manual.
