Could this shed be built on trap rock with cement pier anchors on the corners and middle?

The shed can be built on trap rock and cement pier anchors. With the trap rock, you will need a fairly level surface upon which to build the shed. For the pier anchors, you will need a level base on the anchors to support the shed.
