We have a Heat N Glo direct vent propane fireplace insert that is having problems with keeping the pilot light lit. Do you do service on the Heat N Glo models and can we replace the guts of the fireplace without replacing the whole box, logs etc?

Our Answer:

We are a retailer of several brands of hearth products, however we do not offer repair services at this time. It would be necessary to contact a local Heat N Glo dealer in your area or a qualified hearth technician for service. Heat N Glo is not a brand of fireplace we sell, so I cannot speak to the upgradeability of the unit. Some models can indeed use a new burner and valve module which will replace the original. However, many units are only listed for use with the original internals and the unit must be replaced in its entirety, should you wish to change it.
