I am looking for an ash bucket that won't get roaring hot on the bottom. Last year, I used a pot (stew) and it got so hot it burned a round spot in my carpet.

Our Answer: You're most likely interested in one of our double-bottom ash buckets. For example, our Napa Forge Vintage Iron Ash Bucket with Lid features a dual bottom for added durability and reduced heat transfer. All the same, you should never place any ash bucket on carpet or other combustible surfaces. From Section Page: Ash Buckets ID: ash-buckets | |
