I have a majestic G436. When I turn it on the pilot lights, but even after a couple of minutes the burner does not light. What could be the problem?

Our Answer:

By your description, it would seem that you have the Honeywell spark ignition version of this unit. If so, it is possible that either the flame sensor on the pilot assembly is defective and is not sending a signal to the valve to light or there is a component in the valve itself that is stuck/broken.
