Hello, I have a FMI fireplace remote which has quit working. We tried replacing the battery, but no help. Can we get a replacement?

We do indeed carry numerous replacement remotes compatible with FMI products. In order to make sure I suggest the correct replacement remote, I will need to know the model number that is listed on the back of your current remote. Also, just to ensure you have eliminated all options, I would like to ask if you have checked the batteries in both the remote and the receiver in the fireplace. Also, most remote systems have a small "learn" button on the front of the receiver. This button must be pushed and the on or off button pushed on the remote itself, in order to have the remote and receiver sync back up to one another. If you have performed these functions to no avail, then the remote may indeed be defective. Please advise at your convenience.
