Our Answer:

These ES-233000 heaters work great and only require a 36" clearance to combustible materials from the top of the dome. Only a 24" clearance to combustible materials is needed from the side of the dome. However, per your deck's roof dimensions, this unit will be too large to be recommended. The heater stands 93" tall. With the required 36" of vertical clearance, your highest measurement of 115" is still too close.

The deck is approx. 252 sq. feet (14x 18' ).
