I have a couple of questions, what makes it a millivolt fireplace insert? I want an insert that works with propane and doesn't need a blower......I have a 200 sq ft. space to heat.

This unit does not require a blower. Indeed, this option is not even available. Millivolt control simply speaks to the control valve for the unit. It features simple On/Off controls and the option to be controlled via remote.
