Either of the following remotes are designed by Empire to be used with this unit: Empire Battery-Operated Remote Control Empire Battery-Operated Remote with Thermostat Control You may also utilize a wall thermostat with this unit, if desired. The following item is recommended: Empire Wall Thermostat with Reed Switch The remote and thermostat cannot be used in conjunction with one another so you will need to choose between the two.
