What is the difference between the insulated model and the non insulated one? What are the advantages of the insulation? Also what is the price for the outside air intake and glass doors?

Our Answer:

An insulated unit is recommended when installing on an exterior wall. The insulation prevents cold air from entering through the fireplace when it is not in use. The available glass doors for either unit can be found by clicking the Accessories tab from each unit's item page. The outside air kit for these units can be found by clicking the below link.
