Our Answer:

Yes, you may use cement that we sell to repair. For example, this furnace cement can be used for applications 1/16" up to 1/4" thick: One Pint Tub of Black Furnace Cement This fireback does indeed radiate heat back into the room, and while leg stands are not required, they are available: Pennsylvania Firebacks Small Pair of Fireback Saf-T Boots The blowers we sell are generally made for particular fireplaces. If you reply with a model number, we will be happy to let you know if we have one available for you. Blowers use power cords and must be plugged in to an outlet for operation.

The blowers you sell, do they easily attach to the outside bottom of the fire place vent and what does it run on (batteries or what)?
