Will these doors fit the FMI B42L fireplace? Also if I order a fireplace doors blower and all the piping can it be delivered to my cabin in the country? The truck will have to have a lift gate does that cost extra?

These doors will indeed fit FMI's B42L. All of those items can indeed be delivered to a rural address and a liftgate can be added to the delivery truck. There will be an additional charge of $75 for the liftgate service. All other shipping fees will be free.
