Can we buy just the rcb handheld remote as we have lost ours ?

Unfortunately, Ambient will only sell these remote kits in a matched receiver/transmitter pair. While they warranty defective components, they are not able to replace a lost product. It will be necessary to purchase another matched set for replacement of your lost transmitter.
